=COUNTIF({Property Intake Sheet Range 2}, CONTAINS(Client))

Both invalid or unparseble :/ I think I have my formula out of order + some

=COUNTIF({Property Intake Sheet Range 2}, CONTAINS("Client DB", @cell))
