JOIN and COLLECT issue

I need to return a value that is in a certain row of the project. It was set up for me using a JOIN & COLLECT Formula. It is only working on some of the sheets even though I used the same template for every project. In this example it works.

In this example it does not. Please help!

I've had similar issues in Excel where we found an extra space or two had been entered with the date.

When we deleted the spaces after the entered dates, the formula worked again.

I don't know if this is relevant to your situation, but hopefully this helps?
