Date within next 90 days

I am trying to create two formulas. One to flag if a date in my sheet is within the next 90 days and one to flag if a date is within the last 90 days. I have tried a couple if formulas but I can't seem to get it.... Any guidance is appreciated...

Try something like this.

Next 90 days

=IF(AND(Date@row >= TODAY(), Date@row <= TODAY(90)), 1)

Previous 90 days

=IF(AND(Date@row >= TODAY(-90), Date@row <= TODAY()), 1)

Try something like this.

Next 90 days

=IF(AND(Date@row >= TODAY(), Date@row <= TODAY(90)), 1)

Previous 90 days

=IF(AND(Date@row >= TODAY(-90), Date@row <= TODAY()), 1)
