Constant Error Code 18

Is anyone working on a patch for this error I receive while trying to save. I see this multiple time a day...

I have already called support a few times for such an error, and they can't help me. They only said I should update chrome and clear the cache. I did it and didn't see it should be better...

Have they explained what is causing the error, or are they just giving you the same "solution"? Is it only on one sheet, or is it on every sheet?

No, I don't have a list of all error codes from Smartsheet. However I can say that this specific error message has to do with the sheet being unable to Save.

@G. Felberbaum There can be a number of reasons why a sheet is unable to save, for example, sometimes this can be related to the complexity of the sheet. If you've gone through all the initial troubleshooting steps, please keep following-up with Support so they can work with you in a private channel on that specific sheet.

Ideal information to provide, if possible:

• Screen recording of when you receive the error message
• Sheet URL that you receive the message
• Do you see the same error on other browsers. 
• Does the same error occur on any other sheets
• Does the same error occur if you create a copy of the sheet with Save as New
• Are any other Shared Users seeing the same message, or is it just yourself

@Genevieve P. Thanks for the feedback! I did notice that it was because of an inability to save, but as you mentioned there are quite a few number of reasons why you wouldn't be able to save a sheet. I was hoping that "errorCode: 18" might be able to help us figure out which reason.

The only time I have run into saving issues is when I had a cell that had more than 4,000 characters in it.
