index match not pulling correct column

=INDEX({MPP Range 2}, MATCH([System Number]@row, {MPP Range 1}, 0), 21)

MPP file i have a total of 22 columns.

i changed 21 to 20, 18, 17 (all Date config.) the dates pull fine.

when i pull 21, date config, i get an errro (#Invalid Value)

i copyied on the MPP file my date from column 20 and still same error.

got any ideas.
