And that is on the same sheet as the formula? If so, I don't see anywhere that the formula could be throwing that particular error.

@Paul Newcome Yes, the HelperColumn is on the same sheet as the formula. Could it be because the column that I am inputting the formula is a multi-select dropdown column?

No. That shouldn't be throwing that error. You may want to reach out to support for that particular one because I can't see anything that should be causing it.

@Paul Newcome could it perhaps be that the HelperColumn is a JOIN function?
=JOIN(COLLECT(PI@row:[Other Purchased Items]@row, PI@row:[Other Purchased Items]@row, @cell <> ""), ", ")

That shouldn't be the issue if #UNPARSEABLE is the error you are getting.
