When you enter a number in the webform how do you get it to filter out the specific row it is listed on in the smartsheet

Can you describe what it is you're trying to do? Are you trying to set up a filter on the sheet or have information displayed on a webform?

@David Tutwiler i am trying to have it be like when someone enters the number to get details it will then take the user to the filter set up in the SmartSheet
