Any news on this fix yet @Genevieve P. , I really am surprised this is taking so long to fix considering the impact of the use of Charts to effectively display data!!!

Yes! Our team was able to implement a fix last week and you should no longer see a re-ordering in your Charts that use a Grouped Report as the source.

Let me know if you're still experience this behaviour.

@Genevieve P. hope all is well, this still seems to be an issue impacting the order as well as the default color assignments. I don't think we've seen the fix implemented previously, but wanted to see if there was any updates. Thank you!

Hi @Chris Mondeau

If you're still experiencing the columns re-ordering as you re-fresh the Dashboard, please capture a screen recording of your Dashboard and charts as well as showing the source Report with Grouping and Summary applied, then send this to the Support team. This will help identify that the root cause has not been fully addressed and they can investigate further. It will be useful for them to see your exact set-up in order to replicate the behaviour.

Is this still a pending bug or is there perhaps a workaround? Again the goal would be for a user to be able to sort the order of the columns of the data in a chart on a dashboard.

I have this same issue. Its beyond annoying and seems so simple. Its been 3 years, is this not fixed?
