Top Row
Hello,
I have a colleague who has a sheet that has trainers listed followed by agents that are in their class. They are not organized in a hierarchy, but I was wondering if there was a way to locate which trainers have all "active" agents for their classes. Each class is a different size, I know putting it in a hierarchy with a helper column will get the result we need, but he is reluctant to make that kind of change to his sheet. Any workarounds?

Putting it into a hierarchy would solve it very quickly and wouldn't require a helper column, as you could use the CHILDREN function. Or you could add a helper column to add the trainer to each of the agents as a column.
Without one or the other I don't think there is a clean way to do this.
