RE: Displaying percentage

Hello, I am having some issues obtaining % in some columns with the exception of the first application. I am using a similar formula but only getting it correct for the first application, i.e I am getting a true percentage. The other applications resulted in getting a fraction instead of %. Can anyone say what am I doing wrong? Anyone care for me to share the sheet with them?

Have you double-checked the following?

Smartsheet looks at the numbers in a column formatted for percentage as values between 0 and 1. You'd need to use decimal values instead for it to work 

25% = 0,25 (0.25)

50% = 0,5 (0.5)

100% = 1

Depending on your country/region, you'll need to exchange the comma for a period.

Hi Andree,

Thanks again. You are absolutely magic.

If I create a dropdown with the option of selecting 'N/A' as indicated, what can be done to the formula to prevent 'invalid' to be displayed? Grateful for your assistance.

Also, the percentage is not being displayed for %Obs Completed (Med). Instead its the fraction. I tried multiple times but unsure what you did to get this in the others that you have fixed.
