Document Builder - White Screen

I'm trying to generate documents from smartsheet and the document builder results in just a white screen. I've refreshed, closed my browser and reopened, tried on several different sheet and still no result.

    Strange! Has it worked before?

    Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

  • It has worked as recent as last week.

    I go to the far left hand of the row. Right click and select Generate Document. The Document Builder page comes up but is blank. Normally there is a workflow it walks you through. There is NOTHING.

    Have you tried restarting your computer or logging in on another one?

    If that didn't change anything, and If you haven't already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

    Hello,

    I was experiencing the same issue and I resolved it by using a newer version of FireFox. I previoulsy tried with other browsers and other PDFs, and that didn't resolved the issue until I moved to a newer version of FireFox.
