Calculation from Smartsheet forms via different smartsheet

Hi,

Thank you in advance for your help, I am trying to do a calclation from a smartsheet forms that i am sending to my team and they are answering few questions. Based on their answers, I am trying to gives values to these answers by using automatisation cross sheets using IF formulas.

I have 3 smart sheets :

1. Smartsheet forms
2. Smartsheet reference values
3. Smartsheet calculation

I do use This formula :

=IF({SSQ-SS Forms Plage 2} = {SSQ- SS reference values Plage 1}; {SSQ- SS reference values Plage 2}) on the Smartsheet calculation to get a value once a choice of answers is performed on the smartsheet form.

This formula works for that, however, I cannot have an automatised caluclation of the targeted values once some one complete and submit the forms and a new line is created on the Smartsheet forms. Please have a look to my example on the attached file.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
