No. of sheets updated in report when pointed in the Folder



May I ask for some advice on this:

I am building a KPI portal for our team where manager can see overdue tasks for each resources.

Resources are assigned per project so for each projects there are 1 Smartsheet project plan stored in active projects folder.

A report created per resource to check overdue task, if sheet is pointed to Active Projects folder it will have 251 sheets (as of the meantime) but If another project comes it will not be included in the 251 project plans indicated in the report.

Do we have a way to have a report where the no. of sheets will be updated if its pointed in a FOLDER?
