I've created a workflow, and it is working but only on a few rows. Why wouldn't it not be working for the whole worksheet, for every row?

Hope you are fine, maybe you set a condition in this workflow met the rows that works only.

Please add a copy of your sheet or a screenshot (after removing or replacing any sensitive information). This will make it easier for me to provide the appropriate answer to your question.

Do you have any specific conditions set for the Workflow?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
