How can I set a contact list column to display only the contact image and not the contact's name?

How can I set a contact list column to display only the contact image and not the contact's name? It would allow us to reduce the column even if we have many contacts in the same cell.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

I was able to achieve this for display purposes by reducing the column to the minimum width.

Also, If you hover over the initials it will give you the full name.
