Suggestions for changes to smartsheet

Hi,

I am not able to find the link to suggest changes to smartsheets. Is there one?

1. We mark items where there is an automation to send to an email. If we mark different rows without waiting several minutes in between, smartsheet sends them combined and in a horizontal format. This is time consuming because the horizontal format does not work for other departments.
2. Could there be an automation for printing a line or particular fields to a pdf?
3. It would be great to be able to search a smartsheet for a column heading. Our smartsheets have many columns and the scrolling back and forth is time consuming.
4. Being able to delete/add more than 5 columns

and on a good note...WE LOVE SMARTSHEET!!😀

#1: It will send multiple rows grouped together if all of those rows triggered the automation at the same time. If you save the sheet before adjusting the second row, then it should send two separate notifications. You can also use {{Placeholders}} in the custom subject or body portion to break apart the notifications.

#2: If you access the row options and then click on print, it will eventually lead to your regular printing functions which should have the option to save as a PDF.

Ohhhh, thank you. Right now, we wait about 5 minutes between clicking the next row because even if we save, they go over together. I'll investigate placeholders.
