Custom Recurrence for Alert not working
We have the alert below created so that every three months managers are reminded to do something. They did not receive the email notification on October 1st.
There are no conditions on it.
Is the Start Date the issue?

Have you checked your automation settings to ensure that they are unrestricted? Are all of the managers shared to the sheet?

Yes, thank you. I just checked again and all the managers are shared to the sheet and the setting was set to unrestricted.

Try setting up a test automation similar to this one but set the start date to 7/1 and set the automation to run on the 10th day of the month. Set it to just send to you (double check that your personal settings will include changes you made to the sheet will trigger notifications to yourself) and see if one comes in.
