Linking on Only Current Month Data

Hi everyone. I am hoping you can help me. I have rows of data by month with column titles. I need to have a row that only shows the current months information. I have researched the community and found an index with children formula but it does not seem to be working. I have pasted the formula below I pasted in the first row (parent row) as well as an example of the sheet.

=INDEX(CHILDREN(), MONTH(TODAY())

You'd need to reference a date column to check if the month you want to include is today.
