Anyone ever need to delete an account? I have two email addresses in error at my company and am trying to use the primary one for Smartsheets. But it keeps coming back to the invalid email.
Tried adding both emails to my account so I can designate "Primary" it says because I have two active accounts I cannot combine?
I want to drop one entirely. How do I do this? I put in a ticket but haven't heard back from Smartsheet yet and thought I'd ask the Community?
