AVG(COLLECT() or AVERAGEIFS Assistance Needed
Good day!
I am trying to average the wages of each tech level in my department. I have tried the below but get the @UNPARSEABLE response. Any advice would be appreciated!

I got it figured out! Putting it here in case anyone else has the same troubles.
=AVG(COLLECT([Annual Wage]:[Annual Wage], [Tech Level]:[Tech Level], @cell = "Tech 1"))
