How can I have a running total (amount) on a Sheet

@KatyBelle You would first use the "Group" feature (to the right of the filters) and group by Sheet Name. Then you would use the "Summarize" feature (to the right of grouping) and apply a SUM to the Point Value column.

@Paul Newcome - Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, this just sums the column and does not provide the running total (line by line) that I am looking for.

@KatyBelle My apologies. I misunderstood your needs. You are going to need an auto-number column that has no special formatting. You would then use a text/number column with a formula such as
=SUMIFS([Points Column]:[Points Column], Auto:Auto, @cell<= Auto@row)
