Countifs Statement
I am getting an #UNPARSEABLE error using this statement:
=COUNTIFS({Fall 2021 Master Smartsheet Range 3}, [Course Number]@row, {Fall 2021 Master Smartsheet Range 5}, "0 - At-Risk of Receiving a Failing Grade"}).
Can anyone help me to determine what I am missing?

You just have an extra bracket it looks like right before the last parenthesis
The formula below is yours with the extra removed
=COUNTIFS({Fall 2021 Master Smartsheet Range 3}, [Course Number]@row, {Fall 2021 Master Smartsheet Range 5}, "0 - At-Risk of Receiving a Failing Grade")
