Auto send out form

Good day to you.

Is there a better way to auto email form (bi-monthly basis) to a user outside our organisation?

The user will be required to update the information in the form and submit it back to us.

Currently, we are using "send update request" to auto email out the form

You could set up a recurring alert instead of an update request and include the form links in it.
