Collaborators unable to edit after upgrade to pro

We have recently changed our subscription to pro due to the growing number of sheets required. However since then my collaborators both free and paid users can no longer edit sheets owned by us. Permissions have been set to edit and even change their permission to admin but no change. I have informed Smartsheet and tried to call but no reply. I need this sorted urgently as greatly effects the daily running of our company. Any help greatly appreciated.

    The Pro plan has a different sharing experience to Business or Enterprise plans when it comes to external collaborators. In the Pro plan, users need to be licensed on that plan in order to edit/collaborate on sheets. Please see this Help Article for more information: Sharing and widgets in the Pro plan

    I would also suggest letting our Product team know about how you are using your plan and sharing with external collaborators so they can hear your feedback through this form, here.

    Yes, free collaborators are able to edit sheets owned by a licensed member in a Business plan. I would suggest reviewing the information under the heading "I’m on an Individual plan now. Should I make the switch to Pro?" at the bottom of the article above.
