Workflow with Multiple conditions

I'm trying to create a workflow that will be triggered by a column value changing to $0, but that the row ALSO has an existing attachment. The main trigger is the Pay value changing, but that may happen without an attachment, so both need to be present.

Ultimately, if the Pay App value changes to anything AND an attachment is present in the row, I want it to clear a column.

Here is my problem:

I can say trigger if Pay App Value changes, but if I add a requirement for an attachment it is an "or" condition and the or is if the attachment is added or changed. not that the attachment is present.

If I look at the additional conditions below, it does not list the attachment column as a field.

What am I missing, how can I do this?

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Add a so-called helper column that indicates that there is an attachment added. You can use a Workflow combined with the change a cell action.

Thank you for your message. Yes, I believe I can set up that helper column and make this work. I had not thought of that possibility, but I don't see why it won't.
