Bulk update requests in one email

Hello,

I would like to send update requests for multiple rows to contacts in a cell, but I would like them to get only one email.

It's a one-time request and it doesn't matter if it is an Automated or Manual request. However, it looks like only manual requests sent out at the same time will group into 1 email, but only automated requests will send the request to contacts in a cell. Is there any work around to get both?

Have you explored using the Placeholder feature?

Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.

I need to keep the custom body of the requests so that the recipients know what they need to do. However, if one recipient appears in 50 different rows, I don't want them to receive 50 different emails. Is there a work around that will allow me to have both custom text AND avoid multiple emails?
