Zapier Document Download

We have 95 sheets where we have integrated DocuSign so we have a lot of attachments coming in. I want to find a way to automatically download the signed documents to a Google drive. I set up Zapier but it downloads an empty text file. I contacted Zapier and they said "this is currently a bug with Smartsheet app integration. Currently, the Smartsheet API doesn't send us (Zapier) a downloadable file.

Does anyone know the status of this?

Is there a workaround?

Currently the Smartsheet API does not support DocuSign files, as you've found. I wonder if it would be possible to work directly with the DocuSign API and Zapier instead?

Please also tell the Product team about your request and how you are using DocuSign and Google Drive through this form so they can consider this when making future updates.

I had the same idea a few days ago and that is the direction I went. Great minds!

I also submitted this to the product team around the same time. I hope it's something they can develop as I like staying within Smartsheets, but until then I have a workaround.
