Can you do a Countif on a column that has a "Dropdown multi-select"
=COUNTIF([Date/Venue of Interest]8:[Date/Venue of Interest]93, "Dunkin Donuts Park-Hartford, CT 11/14/21 (Dose 1);10am-4pm")
The colum has the following options to choose from for multi-select & I want to be able to count how many people are selecting for each date & time slot if that makes sense.
Dunkin Donuts Park-Hartford, CT 11/14/21 (Dose 1); 10am-4pm
Dunkin Donuts Park-Hartford, CT 12/5/21 (Dose 2); 10am-4pm
Staples Fieldhouse Westport, CT 11/13/21 (Dose 1); 9-12:30
Staples Fieldhouse Westport, CT 11/13/21 (Dose 1); 1-4:30pm
Staples Fieldhouse Westport, CT 12/4/21 (Dose 2); 9- 12:30
Staples Fieldhouse Westport, CT 12/4/21 (Dose 2); 1-4:30pm

Hi @Elizabeth Anderson ,
Adding Contains to your formula may help:
=COUNTIF([Date/Venue of Interest]:[Date/Venue of Interest], CONTAINS("Dunkin Donuts Park-Hartford, CT 11/14/21 (Dose 1);10am-4pm", [Date/Venue of Interest]:[Date/Venue of Interest])
