Automation Reminder Message

I set up reminder messaged to send to the "Assigned to" Individual one week before the "Send Internal Project Pre-Planning Meeting Invite" task target date. The sheet name is generic (Project Plan) -- I'd like the message to include a reference to the Project Name... The Project Name, however, is a linked cell within the Task Name so I'm not sure how to reference that specific cell.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi @EJ ,

You could create a helper column that uses the Ancestors() formula to pull that information into a row, which would allow you to include it in the alert.
