Sharing Sheet- Multiple Accounts/Same Email
Hi All,
This might seem like a strange question. I shared the sheet to a coworker and she created a free account, later she then went and obtained a licensed account. So now she shows up twice in our drop down of contacts and when typing in her email address to share a sheet to it shows both accounts. She misspelled her name in the free account and corrected it in the license account BUT used the same email address on both.
Is there a way to merge these accounts on the sheet or just get the free/misspelled account to disappear?
Thanks

Have you tried removing the older account from the list of accounts that the sheet has access to? (Or workspace)

Yes. We unshared the sheet. Then reshared it to the correct spelling and it still shows up as the misspelled name.

At the top left there should exist a "cog" icon. Can you go there and locate "My Smartsheet Contacts"?
See if you can remove the offender from that list.
