=SUMIFS(Talent:Talent, Talent@row, Season:Season, "Season 2 (November 1st to December 31st", [Points Awarded (Numbers Only)]:[Points Awarded (Numbers Only)])
I'm simply trying to Sum Points Awarded when both criteria - Talent@row and "Season 2 (November 1st to December 31st" are both present.
I'm sure this is quite simple, I've tried multiple variations.
