THIS WILL GO OUT TO 5 VENDORS SIMULTANEOUSLY. THEN I NEED TO BE ABLE TO RECORD THIER RESPONSES INDIVIDUALY, BUT ON THE SAME SHEET WOULD BE GREAT. I WILL NEED TO SEND OUT MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR DIFFERENT JOBS WITHOUT HAVING TO DELETE EVERYTHING AND START NEW EVERY TIME I MAKE A REQUEST FOR A DIFFERENT JOB

Which Smartsheet plan do you have? A very nice solution could be using WorkApps.

I've developed something similar before for a client, and then I used separate sheets and then cell-linking or cross-sheet formulas to connect them to a master sheet to compare.

Would that work/help?

The plan I am on is the Enterprise Plan with Data Shuttle.

I need something that can be accessed quickly and easily to place multiple RFP's for the same job or multiple jobs. The vendors on the receiving end of the RFP need to be able to access the request without being Smart Sheet members and reply quickly and easily with multiple quotes for different jobs.

I hope that makes sense.
