Can you create a formula for, 'If 'task name' is from another sheet, then insert flag symbol'?

I am looking to easily identify which tasks have been linked to a question sheet and added to the project plan.

I hope you're well and safe!

Can you elaborate? Do you have anything unique on the sheets that we could use to "connect" the tasks?

You could probably use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.
