How to calculate average response time in smartsheet?

I have these 2 columns and want to calculate the first time response, which is actually nothing but updated - requested, but its not giving me required output. Pls suggest

    As I said I just need the difference between 2 columns (first time response)

    ex - If a request came in at 12/13 at 9 am CDT (A) and it was acknowledged at 12/13 at 9.15 am CDT (B) I want smartsheet to automatically calculate (B)-(A) and give me output as 15 min
