Remove Smartsheet logo from automatic email

Hi,

I have a workflow sending an automated notification when a new row is added. Is it possible to remove the Smartsheet logo from this automatic email?

Hi @ElizabethSkeps

The logo that appears at the top of your notification email will be the logo that's applied to the Workspace. This is the Smartsheet logo by default, but if you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can change this by updating the Workspace colour and logo!

The correct answer is no you cannot remove it. You can replace it with a different logo, but you cannot remove it.

I've always had branding for my institution on my Smartsheet but never added it manually. Is there a way at an organization level to apply branding for all users?

Yes! 🙂 If you're a System Admin of a Business or Enterprise plan, can do this in the Account Center.
