Example - I have a Today column, but need to know if Application fee invoice received date is more than 90 days from the Application start date , even if there is no application fee invoice received date. How do I show that in a formula?

I can try to help you out but just to clarify..

Would you like to be alerted at 90 days?

Would a want a condition that highlights the cell yellow after 90 days?

Would you want another column that would show a symbol after 90 days, like a flag?

Hi Jeff- I'd love it if there was a condition for 90 days that was red if 90 days

You could make 2 conditions using the application start date column and making two conditions like the example below. Just make sure you put them in order by priority otherwise the top will override the other. You can also select multiple cells that will change to red.
