Formula question

I have one drop down column "Turbine Operational" with the options Yes or No. Another column "MW Impacted" is a text column. I'd like to be able to input numbers into the MW Impacted Column, but if the Turbine Operational column has "Yes" selected, then that overrides my inputs and puts the cell at 0. Any insights appreciated. Thanks!

@Shannon Scarbrough The only (or maybe the easiest) approach I can think of is a Change a Cell Value workflow that checks the value of Turbine Operational and forces a 0 into MW Impacted when it finds a Yes.

@Dale Murphy can I use a formula to achieve this?

@Shannon Scarbrough If you add another column to use for your manual input, then the actual MW Impacted column could have a formula that checked Turbine Operational and calculated 0 if Turbine Operational = Yes but otherwise returns the manually entered value from the new column.
Make sense?
