While posting data in smartsheet from servicenow i get this below error

If you keep receiving the same error when tying to post your data in your Smartsheet via the API, I'd suggest opening a ticket with our Support team using this form if you haven't done so already. In the meantime you may want to review this Article for your reference on where to find documentation for the Smartsheet API.
