Percentage Complete roll-up

Can someone tell me why this isn't working? I am unable to edit the percentage cell in the parent row, it says it is dependent on the rows beneath, but it isn't completely working.

Have you activated the Dependencies feature?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some more screenshots, including the date columns? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

I somehow was able to add formulas into the parent rows! Maybe from switching the "dependencies" on and then off again.
