Turn Flag Red if Due Date is Past Today

I am trying to turn my flag column red if my due date is past today. I am using

=IF(AND(Due Date]@row < +1<> "Complete"), 1, 0)

I am adding the formula to my Due Now column and getting Unparseable.

Please help! :)

Try this..

=IF(AND([Due Date]@row < Today(), [Status]@row <> "Complete"), 1)

Try something like this.

=
IF(OR([Due Date]@row = "", Status@row = ""), "", 
IF(AND([Due Date]@row < TODAY(), Status@row <> "Complete"), 1))
