Automation workflow in task tracking sheet
Hi,
I have set up a number of automated workflow in Smartsheet which will generate emails under different conditions, e.g. update request.
For these generated emails, I found that my name is shown as the sender.
It 's be shown as, for example: " (My name) via Smartsheet"
Is there's a way to change this setting to hide my name as the sender so these emails looks more obviously that they are system generated?
Thanks.

Hope you are doing good and Safe!
My suggestion would be Go to personal setting and Change the name.
So in next time whatever name mentioned, like that you will receive the mail.
Example: "Admin via Smartsheet"
Thanks,

I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Sandhiya's excellent advice/answer.
- I always recommend my clients create a generic Smartsheet Service account, and if they need to change the sender name shown, I recommend they transfer the sheets to that user, and then that name would show in the Automations.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week & Happy New Year!
