JIRA to Smartsheet Connector

Hi! I have a workflow that is pulling info from JIRA into Smartsheet. I've done this with two previous JIRA products without issue. But the workflow I'm creating now will not pull all of the information. In JIRA there are 1378 items but only 236 are populating. Any ideas what may be happening?

Is it possible you have a filter in your workflow which is why only specific rows are populating? See: Using Field Mapping & Filters
If you don't have any filters, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support so that you can provide them with screen captures of how your workflow is built, the sheet in Smartsheet, and the Workflow Run history. They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you in a private channel.
