The main limits are: 500,000 cells, OR 400 columns, OR 20,000 rows.
(Other limits include things like 100,000 unique cell links in cross sheet formulas. For example, if I'm performing lookups against columns in another sheet with 9,000 rows, I can have only 10 or maybe 11 columns bringing data in from that sheet.)

I hope you're well and safe!
You've reached one of the limits, so you'll need to delete rows/columns to get below the limit again.
Make sense?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week & Happy New Year!

There are other limits as well. Could it be that you've reached one of them?
