Is there a way to pull info from 12 sheets if there is a matching name in a cell.

Depending on what plan-type you have, it sounds like a Row Report would be a good solution for you!
With a Business or Enterprise plan you can add multiple sheets as a source of a Report (so all 12 sheets). See: Build a row report
Then you can Filter by the matching name to only see those rows. See: Use Filters on Reports
