@Ness @Genevieve P. Did any further information come of the referenced error? I have been encountering - and trying to figure out root cause. Is it an Edge issue? Not seeing same behavior when using Chrome (so far).
I notice this post is older - but I am having issue for last 90 days or so. May 2023 - Current

@Sheryl P I'm also unable to open sheets in Edge. I can open in the app and chrome. I did every troubleshooting step I could find. My support ticket from yesterday has been ignored despite my request to escalate via my account rep.

Since the is related to one specific browser, this is likely due to a cache/cookies on that browser. I would suggest clearing your cache/cookies specifically just for https://app.smartsheet.com to see if that resolves it.
If that hasn't helped, or if an incognito window of your browser shows the same results, then it may have to do with a custom extension: please try removing unknown extensions in your browser. For example, I have seen examples where Dark Reader for chrome extension will cause an error to appear in Smartsheet.

I am having the issue in Edge and in App . I have a ticket from May 16, 2023 - it was closed because I was unable to provide additional details in required time frame. I'm happy to work with Support - I would think they would have had more tickets on this topic if it was an Edge problem.

@Genevieve P. Browser cache - I have cleared that related to this issue - but I will try it again. I can test incognito or remove extensions - all what has been suggested. I will have to prioritize with my other responsibilities - which is probably why my case was closed. I will update this thread once I have done as suggested. Thank you.
