Difference between INDEX MATCH and INDEX COLLECT

I’m hoping someone can explain the best uses of INDEX MATCH vs INDEX COLLECT. Both are very useful, but I never quite know which one to use. Can you simply explain the best scenarios to use those different formulas? Thanks.

INDEX/COLLECT = Multiple criterions
