Appointment Scheduling

Good evening,

I am trying to find the best solution in Smartsheet for a remote call center to utilize to schedule appointments for multiple locations. There will only be certain time slots available for each location?

We are currently using separate sheets for each location and would like to incorporate into one, possibly using a form.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    I hope you're well and safe!

    One way would be to have a form and the sheet side by side in a Dashboard so you can see what's available and book.

    Also, if you have access to the Premium app, Data Shuttle, we could automate the process, so only the options left would be selectable.

    Would that work/help?
