INDEX, MATCH, MAX with extra criteria

Good Morning, I´m struggling with a formula that can show the name of the person with the MAX value with the condition of an extra column

For the rows considered I'd like to get the name of the person with the max score (Example, Alice)

I´ve tried INDEX, MATCH, MAX but I haven´t been able to add the criteria of the "Considered" column

Try this:

=INDEX([Name]:[Name], MAX(COLLECT([Score]:[Score], [Considered]:[Considered], 1))

English: Show me the Name with max Score where Considered is checked.
