reports and summaries
hi
i have a monthly sheet where i keep quotes and invoices
i have a summary for each that tells me how many quotes are approved, payed or over due
now i want a report that summarizes all of them into one dashboard
the end result i need is a report that tells me the overall number of approved, payed or overdue payments so i can have one nice donut showing a number for each
if someone can help

Try changing the summary in the report from Count to Sum.

do you meen in the sheet summary or in the report?
cause in the sheet summary i want to count, for instance, the number of approved quotes on the sheet
in the report i want a sum of the count for all approved quotes on all sheets together

found the sum in my report
now when trying to make a pie chart i cant cause there is more than one line of data
how can i make my report show only the sum row and not the rest?
