Concat children item and sum it up in the parent item

So I have a list of sub items that I would like to combine in the top row.

For example, let's say we have sub items:

Red

Blue

Green

Yellow

I want this to roll up for my top (parent) cell and have it as: Red; Blue; Green; Yellow

Basic Formula would look like this: =JOIN(CHILDREN([Primary Column]2:[Primary Column]6), " , ")

With " , " being the separator

between the different items.
